Best mechanic hands down! I have been to Meineke in Clayton and ripped off many times. I hated I couldn't find a reliable mechanic until now. Joseph was very careful in the work he completed and made sure to send pictures of everything he completed and everything he put in. I am very pleased and will only use him moving forward. I recently had an electrical problem with my vehicle. Most mechanics I spoke to were vague and would charge more than I was comfortable just to run a diagnostic. Pinnacle responded to my Nextdoor app post quickly and Joseph was very transparent. He had a very reasonable diagnostic fee and despite the electrical problem, he was able to diagnose the actual problem (the starter) and even explain his process to me.
