Buyer Beware. I had applied for a loan to purchase a Buick Verona from Russ. I gave him all my personal sensitive information SS#, drivers license etc for this loan. This was done late Saturday prior to him closing. Russ told me that he would run it on Monday and get back to me. Yes, I could have paid cash but I would rather use bank $ than my own. On Monday around 1-2pm I get a text that loan was approved. Awesome. I was in the ER with my elderly family member that was brought in via ambulance which I had told this to Russ.... read more
Quality vehicles and trustworthy service.
My wife and I just purchased a Suburu Outback from Russ at Pinnacle Auto and it was a great experience. We were under a tight timeline and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. We got a great car at a great price and will definitely do business with him again in the future.
Nice place, walk by often with my dog and have seen some good prices, especially on a recent Tacoma they had on the lot.
