Don’t ever do business with these people the girl Amy convinced me to drop my car off on Thursday that she would have it done by Saturday at the latest. She kept my car until the following Wednesday and I actually had to call the police in order to get my vehicle back. I had a great experience at Pinnacle! The customer service was excellent, both the owner and mechanic were very knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection of my daughter’s car to resolve the brake issues we were having. They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s car was repaired completely and safe to drive! I would highly recommend them for all automotive needs!
