The website and location are both good. They had the exact car I wanted. Spiro handled my questions and the transaction wonderfully. I recommend this dealer and plan on using it when I need to replace any of my vehicles.
My son who lives near Detroit bought me a car from Pinnacle. I live in Pennsylvania. This could have been a real messy situation but Pinnacle made it a pleasure. They kept the details in order, made sure everything was just right for this 73 year old lady (including setting up the talking dashboard !!!). I can't say enough positive about this business. THEY ARE FANTASTIC !
Terrible to customers.
If I could leave a half star I would l! Blatently disrespectful towards customers and passersby who are getting grass and trash blown into and at times into their vehicles. Don't bother calling them they will hang up or cuss you out.
