Hunter and Derek just completed an extremely thorough replacement of my Audi Q5 windshield. The entire process with Pinnacle Auto Glass and the owner Lynn was top notch. It took a bit of time to get the clearance from our insurance company, but Lynn was patient with the process and even got on the phone with the representative. Would highly recommend this company for any auto glass repair.
Pinnacle replaced my windshield last February. They came to my home to do it. They got some kind of black grease or glue on my front seat that I did not see until after they left. I tried to get it removed but it did not all come out. When it warmed up, my air conditioning did not work. The car was under warranty but Kia would not cover it because they said it was obvious that the sensor on the dash was damaged by the window replacement. Pinnacle Auto Glass scheduled the work and dealt with my insurance very efficiently. Derek did a great job repairing a chipped windshield onsite. It looks great!
Excellent service they came out and replaced my windshield twice because it was a defect and the glass and they didn't charge me anything for the second time coming out I would definitely recommend them they're a great company the owner is very nice very polite and very professional definitely a five-star rating
