We do you have to take deposits for special order windshields, due to the Covid crisis many windshields have not been produced to accommodate installation needs, therefore it can take up to three to several weeks to receive the special order windshields or glass,We do explain this in general and write it on the invoice, we understand people need the windshield as soon as possible and we do install them as soon as we receive them from manufacture unfortunately some take longer than others.We also refund the customers money as... read more
Do not use this person. He will steal your money. Called to have a window put in and he never did. Made me pay in advance to get a “authentic Toyota windshield” but never ordered one and never refunded my money. Scam artist. Buyer beware
