Dr Nelson was efficient and caring. He answered all my questions and very clearly described my hearing issues and the use and care of my new hearing aids.
I just transferred my care today to Dr. Nelson because my prior audiologist is no longer associated with my insurance coverage (United Health Hearing, from whom I learned of him). Seeking medical care on the basis of lower cost is always fraught; one doesn't want to "spend health for money." But in this instance, it was a win-win (lower cost and better care). Very well run operation with modern equipment and a comfortable setting. Dr Nelson was kind, patient, and professional.
I returned to Dr. Nelson for an adjustment for hearing aids. We swapped the cones for a larger size and he also readjusted the settings to a bit higher. He is very amiable and would make anyone feel at ease. The experience of seeing him is always quite enjoyable. He makes one feel right at home and doesn’t gush you out the door. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.
