This was first visit. I was sent the wrong hearing aids and also have very curvy small ear canals. Everything was dealt with easily and now will have custom hearing aids. Dr Nelson was professional and personable. A truly outstanding clinician

Along with that he made me, as a patient, feel comfortable, unrushed and confident that the solution I selected to improve my hearing is the right one for me.
