It was a very pleasant experience with Dr Nelson. Having met him for the first time I felt so comfortable that our conversation got somewhat personal. He was easy to talk with and seem very confident in what he does. I would recommend him very highly to anyone who is looking for an Audiologist .
Dr Nelson is down to earth with a warm and inviting disposition. Made me feel comfortable and leaving with a positive and renewed focus on why I went there.

Very nice and knowledgeable guy. Took his time explaining everything which I appreciated as someone still new to hearing aids and the idea of them.
I had a follow-up phone appointment with Dr. Nelson that was SO thorough and SO VERY reassuring. I needed his medical expertise to address some tinitus I’ve experienced and he not only gave me all the info I needed, but was also great about helping me integrate this issue with the ongoing experience of new hearing aids. This was particularly useful as I had also consulted an ear specialist and I didn’t want redundancies in care.
