Atmosphere counts 10 years in DELCO- Nothing like it
Despite a PF and Crunch being closer to me I much prefer to keep my membership here. There is never a crowd or a line to wait for a piece of equipment. The variety of equipment and heavy bags (my favorite) makes this my favorite gym in the area. This isn't a franchise and a true homegrown gym for all levels of fitness. Support local!
Best gym I’ve ever went to if im being honest, LA Fitness nor Planet Fitness or any other gym can’t compare to what they have, I’ll be here forever
Love this place. It has a great selection of machines and free weights, and any lifter would enjoy a workout here because of that. Also there is an incredible section for cardio. Not to mention the perks like the sauna or tanning beds if you’re up to that. I highly recommend this place for anyone.
