UPDATED REVIEW: 4/2/25 Will change to 5 star! After speaking with Jordan in management she did work with me and explained the fees and we were able to get things resolved and figured out. Don’t move here! My lease ended 3/1/25 at 11:59pml Saturday. Leasing laws say you have until that time to be inside, and if it’s after hours there should be a dropbox! I went down to the office on 3/1/25 with other people inside to ask where I can drop the keys off to avoid any other charges because they are closed on Sunday and I did not want to be charged for days I was not there. Updated 3-19-25 The never-ending dealings with Carlyle continues. After we were charged $51.50 for an application fee and the services were not rendered in a timely manner, we disputed the charge with our credit card company and won the case. Our credit card company stated we won because Carlyle "had not responded", how shocking! We then received a bill from Carlyle showing we not only owed the $51.50, but also a $75.00 non-sufficient funds fee. That was very unsettling. I have tried to resolve this myself and it's been unbelievably difficult. My Unit was not ready when I signed my lease. There were bugs, the floorboards weren't finished as they claimed they would be, and simply filthy. Despite the unit not being ready and me having to make accommodations somewhere else despite paying for an apartment. The worst of was the lack of attention and empathy. New management is very incompetent and does not care about their tenants. They informed us that there would be a water shut off and could not provide a time frame of when it would be turned back on. Over 8 hours later, water is still not on! The office is closed, maintenance isn't answering and many of us still have no water!!! They do not care about you or your family. Do not move here!
