Good morning, I had an overall excellent experience with Chandy showing us the property. She is so helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate her time and patience. The Carlyle at South Mountain is a beautiful property.
I had a wonderful experience touring this property. Chandy was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and looks amazing. The tour exceeded my expectations, and I have no doubt that this is where I’ll be moving. Highly recommend!
Moved in last year, dishwasher did not work(wasn’t even screwed into the counter) washer and dryer did not work, and no cold water in the apartment. I also got my garage remote 2 weeks later which ruined my original move in plans. When I submitted work orders for these items, they were never fixed but were marked as completed multiple times. For 32 days straight I had to go into the office to ask for an update. Once I filed a complaint to Arizona Attorney General, they decided to fix my issues partially. During that time 3 l... read more
If you’re considering moving here because it’s near the golf course, has nice grassy areas, pools and decent pricing don’t be fooled. It’s been nothing but issues since we moved in and the other low rated reviews are right. Bugs everywhere, broken appliances upon moving in, maintenance marking work orders complete when they never completed them, policies not explained correctly- had an issue with pet fees and deposits.
