If i could put 0 Stars i would, do NOT waste your time applying here unless the management and supervisors are replaced. They are absolutely terrible as i am dealing with a flooding in my apartment that was the fault of maintenance above me! My husband and I were really excited to move in, we sat and applied in office with the property manager, was told we would get a call in a few days. I ended having to call and got hung up on 3 times, my husband called and got an ai answering machine. Called the next day and was told we still had to complete something that we were told to skip over, called the day after that got hung up on 2 times, the day after that was told they gave our apartment away because it has been 72 hours. The apartment complex has been okay overall.just a standard experience. However, Kayla’s customer service truly makes a difference. She is always helpful, responsive, and professional. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist really make everything better. We appreciate her support!
First, I want to start by saying I had a bit of a rough start with Carlyle Apts. I had to call to find out if I was approved or not and once I was approved, it took almost a week to get my original lease agreement (with a couple calls inquiring about it) and the fees they show in the contract blew my mind. Kayla, at the front desk, came to my rescue and eased my stress to let me know that most of the fees were not for this complex and they’re not able to remove them from the contract. What a relief!
