Definitely enjoyed my tour w Chandy!! She is amazing and truly knowledgeable. Definitely applying and praying everything goes great, would recommend working with her.
There has been an outdoor flood light flashing all night for over 2 months and the office will not do anything about it. They NEVER answer their phones. I have stood in the office and called them. I would hear the phone ring and none of the staff moved an inch to go for the phone. They do not care about answering phones. In the 2 years I have lived here they have never picked up the phone
Do not move here. Living at Carlyle at South Mountain has been an absolute nightmare. We are paying overpriced for a 3 bedroom unit that is infested with German roaches migrating down from surrounding units through shared walls and plumbing. Management’s response is to offer ineffective routine spraying and bug bombing, which only worsens pest scattering and poses a severe health hazard to residents with respiratory conditions. Went in for a tour for my friend out of state and they were unwilling to let me tour because my name didn't match the appointment, even after my friend called, gave permission, cancelled the appointment, etc. they were completely unwilling to work with me. I've toured a dozen apartment complexes this week and didn't have any issues anywhere else.
I have been trying to call the leasing office ALL DAY on 7/21/26, and they put me on 25min hold, then hang up. I call again same day that lady picks up and says "I'm putting you on hold" another 15mins go by and she hangs up! I call 3 more times and it's the same process. On hold for 15-25 mins each call and they hang up! All I am requesting is a leasing contract from 2015. That's it! terrible service. I have recording of all interactions.
