The lease they tried to get me sign was very different from the initial agreement and after 3 weeks of revisions we cancelled the deal. Fletch, the broker was very rude, he called me names, cursed at me and called myself a liar on several occasions.

Horrible building with horrible ownership. Fletch as he calls himself is a joke who thinks he is managing the four seasons even though the building is in shambles and falling apart. Pretty hilarious they are trying to sell it for over 6 million.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Karen Christiansen is the owner and one of the worst people I have had the displeasure of ever meeting. Our company came and did some HVAC service at her building on Boulder St and after numerous statements and phone calls due to her not paying her bill, I was finally able to get ahold of her. She said she never planned on paying, and she HUNG UP ON ME! Very immature and rude. She was so off-putting that I made a YP account just so I could warn anyone and everyone to stay away from this troll!

I would leave 0 stars if it were an option. Please note that I am writing this on behalf of my girlfriend, who was the actual renter at 1600 Boulder St, but I am now dealing with helping her get her security deposit which is now well past the 60-day limit. The landlord we're dealing with, Karen Christiansen, has been unresponsive to requests while a tenant (and after) and has actually hung up on us. 0 stars!!! I rented a 1 bedroom apartment and this place is Gross!!! They do not clean the building and the landlords are never there to assist tenants. The electricity is extremely old and the whole building needs to be renovated. Actually, I found out that they are confronting a bed bug infestation in the entire 2nd floor!!!! Renters BE AWARE!!!!
