I'm almost 2,000km away from Michael, and he's still the best air conditioning tech I have ever met. Michael has regularly helped me remotely on some seriously curly issues with my ducted AC zoning, and integration into Home Assistant. Extremely knowledgeable would be an understatement.
Michael clarified the issues of our existing unit over the phone. He also recommended the suitable products and answered questions in details. Pretty efficient and helpful.
Michael installed the aircon system into our home. It has been left incomplete, outlets have been installed in the wrong positions, they cracked the ceiling plaster during the installation and parts of the system do not work. We have been unable to get them to finish and fix the system since November 2023. I have had plenty of messages stating Michael will return but now he won’t respond. Avoid at all costs. Michael quickly identified the issue and replaced the part. Another tradesman had misleadingly quoted me thousands to replace the whole system and Michael fixed my issue within minutes using a single part under warranty. He also showed me I could control my system via an app and helped clean the filter and replace a battery for a wall zone controller.
