i was really impressed with the air duct cleaning crew. they were very courteous, explained clearly what the vent and duct cleaning job included, and kept me updated through the whole process. the team did a detailed walkthrough of the air ducts, vents, and airflow concerns, which helped me understand the service better. luis and javier made everything easy to follow and helped put my mind at ease. i would highly recommend this service to anyone who is unsure about getting their vents cleaned or improving indoor air quality ... read more
The crew did an excellent job with our air duct cleaning. Pinnacle Air Duct Cleaning sent a team leader who explained the whole service clearly, including what they would clean and how the ductwork and vents would be handled. The crew worked efficiently from start to finish. They stayed organized, moved through the job without wasting time, and made the process easy for us. I also appreciated how thorough they were. They paid close attention to the air vents and duct system, and it was clear they wanted the HVAC airflow to... read more
It is a shame the rating only goes to 5 stars, because Pinnacle Air Duct Cleaning truly deserves more. They were excellent to work with from the first call through the full air duct cleaning service. They arrived well within the scheduled appointment window, and the crew, including Luis, was polite, professional, hardworking, and easy to talk to. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable about ductwork, vents, and the full cleaning process, which made the visit feel smooth and stress free. There were no hidden charges, no surpris... read more

Since I had just moved into the house recently, Theodore also took the time to explain how the airflow works and what to watch for when using the system. He pointed out that one vent cover was the wrong size, took a photo of the model information, and recommended where I could get the correct replacement. The whole service was helpful, careful, and easy ... read more
Luis came out this morning and cleaned my dryer vent and checked the airflow through the ductwork. I did not realize how important dryer vent cleaning is for home safety, better ventilation, and reducing lint buildup. Pinnacle Air Duct Cleaning was honest, dependable, and easy to work with, and I would gladly recommend this service to anyone in Springfield who wants cleaner, safer air systems in the home.
