Five stars! I reached out to company: Pinnacle Air Duct Cleaners because my dryer vent line was too long and not working efficiently. Along with the vent cleaning, they added a new roof vent setup that shortened the duct run a lot, improved airflow, and now my clothes dry much faster. Jay was knowledgeable, very thorough, and courteous. I highly recommend him for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. He did an excellent job on my dryer vent, which had not been cleaned in a long time, and made the whole process easy to understand. He even showed me before-and-after photos so I could see the heavy lint and dust buildup and how clean everything looked once the service was finished. The vent was spotless afterward, and the improved airflow gave me real peace of mind.
