I’ve had a fair bit of work completed by Pinnacle over the last couple of years from log book servicing to having over $8500 worth of accessories installed. I love finding businesses that are ridgy-didge. These guys are from the good old days where customer service really matters. They make you feel you're important, and it's not a put-on. They will get to the problem of anything you put in front of them, and if you're problem is urgent, they will make time for you even if it means working back late. Super friendly, super informative, super helpful. What a company !
Very thorough with my 4WD service, & Disgnostics to find a fault & overall checks of the vehicle, friendly, polite & very helpful staff in customer servicing, & timeliness of the work done
Definitely wouldn't recommend this shop if you have a vehicle you care about. After the parts I supplied didn't solve the issue the car was put in the too hard basket (left out on the street) for two weeks, then left in a hail storm. After growing impatient with no work or progress happening to the patrol, I picked it to take it to a more competent mechanic.
