I am beyond disappointed with my experience here. I spent months deliberately growing out my eyebrows so they could properly shape them, and instead, the tech completely ruined my progress. As you can see in my photo, they are entirely asymmetrical and uneven. One brow is left noticeably thicker than the other, the shapes don’t match, and the arches are totally different. Bad customer service ! Very rude lady
Very rude lady. Talked to me in a super condescending tone when I wasn’t sure what to do. A simple explanation would have bebe nice I was extremely disappointed with the service.
Bad service Bad attitude at this place. We came here for years and the staff and management has changed drastically.
