Did not honor appointment, lied about how much longer I would have to wait every time I asked. Nails were crooked. Terrible experience.
Simply top quality. The staff is very friendly, professional, helpful and always available for my crazy manicure needs. The manicure is amazing and the gel easily lasts a month and still looks great. They not only focus on the beauty of the nails, but also the integrity of the nails themselves. When I notice that my nails clearly need to stop using powder, they always tell me to apply some gel to give my nails a break and let them grow stronger! I’ve been debating on whether or not to leave this review, because I typically have a great experience here, and the nail techs I have had so far do a fantastic job. My appointment today, however, makes me think I don’t ever want to go back. I did a walk-in full acrylic set. No issues there.
