I have been using Pinky’s for my fleet of n numerous occasions but the lady that answers the phone just says hello every time and I never know if I’m even calling the right place, very unpleasant sounding every time. The tow truck driver was very late but a good guy , I think his name was Jeff. The lady told me 1 hour to an hour and a half, 3 hours later I called to see what the deal was. Great consistent customer service. Friendly drivers. On time and always within the window of pick up and or delivery. If you want a towing company to get stuff done give them a call.
Literally never had a better experience with a Tow Company. Julian came out and he was on time, kind, and professional. Seriously will never use anyone else. Thank you guys so much! ❤️
Insurance assigned Pinky's to our roadside assistance request. The service was phenomenal!
