The menu is creative, and I've consistently enjoyed weekend brunch offerings (El Chicano Benedict and Tres Leches French Toast pictured) and the variety of grilled cheese sandwiches. They tend to be understaffed, but the wait is generally worth it.

We went into Pinky's for the first time my family always raved about it so me and my fiance thought we would try it. First thing after walking in the smell of sewage hit hut hard. Then a guy set us gave us menus and went in the back and played on his phone while the owners daughter took care or drinks orders and food she did everything. Then we wanted are food to go so we went to order at the counter for are inconvenience they only charged us for one mean for not even a red solo cup of soda a side and the most bland chicken ... read more
