Horrible service
My motorcycle broke down so we called our insurance company, Geico, at 1:01pm. Geico calls Pinkys for the tow. Pinkys calls me right after the Geico call at 1:13pm to confirm the price with me & says it'll be an hour wait. Cool. We find a tree to sit under on the side of the road and wait for an hour & a half in the Alabama summer heat. 2:30pm and still now tow truck in sight.
