Disappointing. They have a lovely enticing sign out the front to come in for a pedicure with massage but once you’re in you’re made to feel like a nuisance rather than a paying customer. The massage was super rushed, the whole experience was aggressive and rushed and took 15 minutes. She barely scrubbed my feet/heels and no moisturiser used at the end like usual but she did have a couple of other customers waiting so I guess she didn’t care. A friend and I went in to get acrylic and SNS; technician insisted we had another treatment starting with B (potentially ‘biab’). This treatment burned and stung badly when curing under the UV lamp (for both of us), and they left significant gaps around cuticles which look like nails have grown a week (these were done this afternoon!)

The girls here are absolutely wonderful. Always deliver beautiful nails, amazing service and are exceptionally kind and accomodating. They always ensure to give me what I’ve asked for and continually exceed my expectations. Been coming here for ages and I couldn’t recommend them more!

I’ve been to this salon twice—once for a manicure and once for a polish change—but unfortunately, I regret giving it a second chance. After my first visit, my cuticles were so poorly handled that they were painful and snagged on everything for a week. While the shellac application looked decent initially, the edges weren’t sealed properly, and it started chipping within just a couple of days.
