I have gone to this nail salon consistently for the last 18 years, weekly. It’s clean, the prices are completely competitive compared to all neighboring nail salons, and honestly the women who work here are basically like family at this point. I have never seen a single person treated poorly here unless they are speaking to the staff in a degrading manner.
I have been going to Pinky nails for about 8/9 years and I have noticed the service and quality of work significantly decline. It is at the point now that it is not worth spending my money here. Do not come here, as the service and work does not justify the price. I went to Pinky nails to get a simple regular pedicure, but returned to have it fixed because the polish used was extremely thin and not what I paid for.
