Update a week later : the salon owner refunded our manicure fees and apologized sincerely for the disappointing service. He cares about customer experience. (Apparently this salon does not do extensions to lengthen nail tips at all and he does not know why we weren't told or why her nails were cut so short). I was lucky enough to have Tracy, who is an expert at making overgrown cuticles disappear and ensuring that your gel nails shine when you leave! Helen the owner loves lavender so everything is decorated in purple and they use lavender lotion, paraffin wax. My only caution is that the plastic nail models that you use to select your color do not match the paint color. I chose lavender and got royal purple! 😂 but overall I had a great experience!!
Came into town for work/visiting my mom and went to Pinky last second after work. After living in Branford so long we’ve always frequented this salon, but now I’m so fully convinced there’s no reason to go anywhere else. Their team is kind, caring, knowledgeable and great at what they do. They were so kind to accommodate us, and teach us about blue sapphire. Thank you ladies!!
Been a loyal customer for over ten years and the reason why is because they provide exceptional services. Aside from this, every single person is kind and cares and treats their customers with gratitude. The facility is clean and calming. I’ve tried other places in a pinch here and there and at some point made the decision to never go anywhere else because Pinkys is family! 10/10 for Pinkys nails!
