Cut my finger with the e-file, then pressed the cut with dirty gloves. Used the e-file while the gel remover was still on my nails, which got it all over my shirt and on my hands, arms, and feet, burning me. Used e-file even to remove the last traces of gel (instead of a scraper), leaving my nails paper thin and ripping.
My first time visiting today and all the staff are so sweet and funny!! And they did the best job!! Thank you :)
I live up north and always head for Pinky’s when I travel to Vancouver. Great service and location. Today I took my 10 year old granddaughter for a manicure. So much fun!
Had a great experience! Had two technicians do the mani/pedi at once. My feet have needed a pedicure and it was a fantastic job capped off with hot stone massage. Looking forward to my next appointment
