Pinkston lawn Mower service in Albemarle NEVER answers the phone. You can call every hour on the hour and never will anyone answer the phone. When you show up at the location it's a ghost town. The customer service is nonexistent. First time in my life I have ever left a negative review for a business especially a family-owned business. I would love a recommendation for an alternative to this business.
Great shop. Can't ask for better service, very knowledgeable and will do their best to take care of ya.
Spoke with Preston on a Saturday morning. He was very helpful. We even got to test out two zero turns we are considering. They had a good selection. They were fairly busy too for Feb morning.
