Negative stars. I scheduled a front end alignment for my trailblazer. My boyfriend dropped it off before work and was going to pick it up after. I verbally specified with the receptionist that it was to have a front end alignment because it had just had a lot of work done including Tie Rod ends, hence the reason for needing the alignment. They proceeded to never do the alignment and not call me, but wait until my boyfriend called to pay to tell him he owes a $40 inspection fee (I asked for an alignment, NOT an inspection) an... read more

If I could make this review a zero I would. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The front desk lady couldn't be worse if she tried. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Literally anywhere would be better. She can't even write down a phone number correctly.
