I have been going here for almost a year now until one day the service changed drastically. I called in advance and was sent to voicemail three times which was already unusual to begin with as I usually always answered right away. I visited this nail salon with my 12-year-old daughter, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. First, we had to wait an unusually long time to be seen, which was frustrating. Once we were finally served, the lady who did my nails was friendly and professional, though I didn’t catch her name.
