Been going to Pinkie Pinkie since they opened, everyone on the team, from the owner, to her mom, and every nail tech (especially my girl Tracy) is phenomenal, kind, and always has the utmost best service. Every set of nails I get are always shaped beautifully, and every detail and design is perfection!
I struggled about whether to write this review or not. I decided to write and post it, as the way I was treated was horrible, and I had been a loyal client of this salon since before Cathy, and then her mother Cindy took over ownership. I pride myself on treating others like I would want to be treated. As such, I had a standing appointment each week. Beautiful and very clean salon. The technicians and owner are very kind. I’ve been Sue’s client for over 15 years and this is by far my favourite salon she’s worked at.
I had a ServiceOntario appointment and let the staff know I was on a tight schedule. They were incredibly accommodating and got me in right away. To help me get out faster, two technicians even worked on my nails at the same time! Cindy did my nails, and she did an amazing job, they turned out beautiful. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience stress-free. I really appreciated their excellent customer service and willingness to help me get out on time. I’ll definitely be back!
