Charging 50 dollars for a “gel color pedicure” when the workers rush your service and can’t even hand the money in your hand. Not worth the price and bad atmosphere. No standard gel pedicure should be 50 dollars!

I’ve been loyal to this place for years, and some of the technicians are great (Kerry and Jack, specifically). The manager Vivian is also very kind. However, many of the employees are extremely sloppy and will let you walk out with clumpy, uneven nails unless you explicitly ask for an adjustment (at which they’ll be frustrated). Elaine has done my Gel X set twice now, and once she applied the nail completely crooked — when I told her, she said it would look normal after filing (it didn’t).
