Ross provided excellent service and took care of my sprinkler problems. Trustworthy, hardworking, honest, fair folks are harder to come by these days. Ross seems to be all of the above, therefore I will go to him with any other sprinkler repairs, and I recommend his work to others that need assistance.
Leaking sprinkler head with system off. I was unable to determine the source of the leak, found business via google search and relied on reviews to choose this business. This morning I left a VM, promptly heard back, explained the situation, they arrived within the hour, located the source of the leak, replaced the valve, added a cover box to the two valve stations that were buried, cleaned up and were done in less than two hours. I called and left voicemail. They never called me back. If there was a zero star or an N/A, I would put that rating. It's not good business when a new customer calls and leaves a message and you do not return their call.
We needed an immediate repair, like within 24hrs due to travels, it’s hot so not running the system isn’t an option, we don’t want an outrageous water bill due to broken lines, crazy difficult schedule, haven’t hired anyone since we moved here, made over 20 calls to random companies with no luck getting anyone to come out, so we were really in a bind.
