I’m very disappointed with my experience at Pinkberry. The owner was very rude when he questioned me about my service dog.When I did not want to disclose private medical information about my disability, I was asked to leave. Customers with service animals should be treated with respect and should not be pressured to share personal medical details. would gladly pay $13 for a cup if they just brought the Green Apple flavor back. Last time I went in to ask and the employee was so rude about it just made a mad face and shook his head

I have been coming here for 20 something years now. The last couple of years the prices have gone up about 30% which I get but I’ve noticed the portions are smaller and today the small was absolutely ridiculous. Could not have been even 4 oz. Sadly. I can see this place closing soon because who wants to pay more for basically nothing.

The yogurt was fine, the service was questionable. I entered with my service dog and ordered with no issues, one attendant even made casual small talk about my dog. Then, I went to sit down to eat my yogurt and all of a sudden there was an issue. First, it was a health code issue. Then, it was because my dog has "In Training" patches. I told them that my dog is task trained and ADA compliant, so there should be no issues. Eventually, they gave in and allowed me to sit to eat my yogurt.
