Produkt ok, obsługa tragedia. Pierwszy raz kupowałem w tej sieci. Pani bardzo niezadowolona, że klient nie wie co chce.... nie sądzę, żebym wrócił jeszcze raz bo po co... Tyle dobrych rzeczy jest do spróbowania w innych miejscach.

My go-to!!! Employees are chill and accommodating! I feel bad because it’s always busy here so don’t take the negative reviews too seriously - a lot of it is because the place is very busy with the amount of stuff going on at once. The froyo is good and employees do their best.

Very disappointed with my experience at this Pinkberry. We ordered the correct items, but the employees gave us the wrong order. When we politely pointed out the mistake and asked if they could add the correct topping, explaining that we were willing to pay any extra cost if needed, the staff responded in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Horrible experience. Ice cream grainy and tasted like ice. Over priced for such a cheap taste. Employee inside rude and unprofessional. The girl behind the cashier rolled her eyes at me when i asked to repeat something (english is not my first language so i try my best to understand and speak) and the other girl behind the counter making the ice cream was talking to me with the lowest voice ever in a room full of loud customers so i had to ask her more than twice to repeat and she was also upset to repeat.
