This was a very disappointing experience. The frozen yogurt tasted watery and separated, and the mango and vanilla bean flavors were barely noticeable at all. It seemed like the machine wasn’t working properly — maybe because it was close to closing time — but that’s no excuse for serving such poor quality. I love pink berry but this location is not it. Do not go on a Wednesday around 7 because you will get the worst customer service experience. We were encountered by a dark skinned very rude lady in her mid 30s who, 1 did not help us nor serve us what we wanted and 2 was rude to the point she wanted to argue with me because I did not know where we could order (we asked several times). They scammed me by putting a poster that has an enlarged açaí bowl and what i got was something so small that it shouldn’t even be worth $15. Their portions for the açaí bowl is a complete scam.
