Honestly it’s pretty upsetting! Bad service EVERY SINGLE TIME! Big girl always with her attitude it’s crazy. They NEVER have the original flavor like isn’t this the flavor the started it all!? I rather take my money elsewhere. Yes this pink berry is closest to me but I’d rather make that 10 min extra drive to Marina any day! Rude employees. Waited in line for 5mins with 0 acknowledgement. When I asked if she was open, she ignored me and I asked a second time she replied yes. She continued to cut fruit and ignore the line of people for a bit longer.
The service really bad I was just stading waiting fo someone to help the lady saw us and she didn't care really bad customer service
They are soooooo slow! I don't know why are they so incredibly slow at making the ice cream. It should not take more than 3 minutes to give customers their ice cream. Always theres a long line and that tells me there's an issue with the employees. Today I tried getting a smooth some big lady god-knows-what she was doing at the register. To me it looked like she was doing nothing. And one employee finally tended me but later said there was no smoothies available! What a waste of time!
