I had a very disappointing experience at this Pinkberry location because of the manager’s rude and unprofessional behavior. I ordered a smoothie for a child, and after taking a sip, it was obvious it didn’t taste right. I politely asked if it could be remade because there was clearly something wrong with it. The manager immediately refused, saying they couldn’t remake it because it had already been drunk from. How is anyone supposed to know a smoothie tastes wrong without taking a sip? My favorite summer treat. Always clean, always fresh, very fast. I wish I could leave a tip, but sometimes I can do it with Apple Pay or a card only.
Pricey but good for an occasional treat.
