For a mediocre yogurt ice cream shop with mediocre quality which charges almost $16 for two very small size ice cream cup (the smallest in the store which can contain 1 scoop of ice cream in) not having napkins or tissue on the table makes one wonders. You need to ask for it so you can have one piece. It does not even come with the ice cream itself as the owner is so cheap that wants to save money on tissues. When we entered the restaurant we had no issues but as soon as staff noticed my Epileptic Medical Alert dog who was VESTED and quite literally laying at my feet we were very rudely told to remove the dog from the restaurant and when I responded that my dog was to Epilepsy and a service dog I was met by rolling eyes and staring and then the employee talking ahit about me and my medical alert dog and family to the other customer they were serving in line. We will absolitely never come here again, this is BEYOND unacceptable.
The frozen yogurt at Pinkberry is always a solid treat, but the experience at this location was a bit of a headache. My main issue is with the protocol. For starters, I spent $30 but they refused to accept a $50 bill—which is wild considering the total.
