Tasty. Raised my blood sugar. Impatient customers. There are just 6 flavors but they have their brand names. I asked for vanilla and the counter person said “We don’t have vanilla.” They don’t. It is a vanilla flavor with their fancy name. That was slightly annoying. There are toppings to choose from. Not sure if they cost extra. I would have added on but the other customers were impatient. I would order again, but be better prepared next visit.
Do NOT support this Pinkberry. The customer service here is the WORST!!! The people working there are so unfriendly and nickel and dime you however they can. I got a medium serving with toppings. When I asked for my last topping of yogurt chips, they said I had reached my 5 max toppings and the chips would be an extra 70 cents. Nowhere does it say there is a 5 topping max nor did the rude, robotic server tell me beforehand. I told her we get PinkBerry all the time in the city and elsewhere and they never charge us extra. What a horrible experience. First time getting frozen yogurt from this place. The menu to me wasn’t clear. I did ask for an original but thought chocolate hazelnut were toppings. On me. When u asked lady serving me to change it if possible I hit the wooden answer that this what had ordered. In any case it was my issue. I did ask for chocolate sauce on it. And thank god as the yogurt was so bitter and the only thing was made partially palatable. Pinkberry is not for me.
First time trying Pinkberry was here at Woodbury commons and I really enjoyed it. This location is located in the middle of the food court lines can be long but worth the wait. The topping are fresh and it was a refreshing experience trying boba balls for the first time it most definitely opened my palate to wanting more. There is seating all around the booth to sit and enjoy your cup of delicious swirl.
Great! Service is friendly and fast. They allow you to try samples of their flavors. Unfortunately they ran out of the pistachio flavor :( but you can add two flavors to one cup which is really great ! You can choose 5 different toppings for your froyo
