There are actual trust worthy shops around town. This one is not it. Over priced, lies about diagnosis, set up your car, so you can come back to them to overcharge you. Save your time, and money. I'm glad I had a second opinion. Shame on you!!
Car broke down in NY towed to Pinkava's by AAA, they were careful and communicative in diagnosing the problem and very patient and helpful in sorting through a difficult decision regarding whether it was worth repairing the car given extent of problems, and providing various options for whatever I chose. Despite not knowing them before and not being from the NJ area, I felt confident I could trust their evaluation and advice, which made an difficult car situation much more manageable.
