I decided to come here because I’d had a few good experiences in the past, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing. I’m not sure if the woman helping me was Pinkal or someone else, but after finishing my first eyebrow, she took a personal phone call that stopped my service for about 5 minutes. She eventually put the call on speaker and continued threading while talking loudly. I normally enjoy their eyebrow service but today I got my underarms waxed. I do not recommend this service. She was rushed while waxing me and used hard wax and cloth strips which is much more damaging than soft wax. The wax was way too hot and she didn’t take any care to make sure it was done well. Even the oil afterwards was swiped on haphazardly. When I asked her to tweeze a couple stubborn hairs, she said that she doesn’t do that. It is very common to tweeze at other salons. I’ve been coming to Pinkal’s for eyebrow threading and have always had a wonderful experience! She does such a great job shaping my eyebrows without making them too thin, and she’s always so consistent. The salon is clean, she’s friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick and affordable. I would highly recommend Pinkal’s to anyone looking for a reliable place for eyebrow threading!
