I cannot recommend Pink Zebra based on my experience with my June 19, 2026 move. The process involved repeated communication failures, internal errors that were shifted onto me, delays caused by an incorrect work order, careless packing practices, damage to my home and belongings, and a resolution process that did not fully address the impact of these issues. They block the sidewalk like inconsiderate jerks. You absolutely could have parked on the street and still be able to load all of their crap without forcing people who are walking to walk on the road with traffic. Drivers around here are hostile and I don't feel comfortable being forced to walk in the road because your movers are too lazy to park correctly.
The team of Keon, Chris and QuJuan were friendly, hard working and FUN ! They moved my furniture and household items with care and respect. I would definitely hire this company again!
