We scheduled the move out a few weeks, but the two guys that moved us told us they were only notified the day prior about our move. The Birmingham branch is not a moving branch, they pull from the Montgomery, team. This means your move won't start until almost lunch time. Also, the furniture wrapping and care was less than Ideal. much of our nice wood furniture has damage to the corners. they did not bother with removing shelves in bookshelves, so we are missing pegs that fell out during the move. Troy and his crew,Connor,Chris &Jon-te were EXCELLENT. They packed and unpacked with care and concern for our things. I highly recommend if you want a mover that will not disappoint,you hire Troy . Pink Zebra delivers over and beyond what they advertise. Linda Halbman

If I could give zero stars, I would on this review. I have moved at least 7 times in the last 30 years and this was the absolute worse experience ever. At least half of my possessions arrived broken or damaged. They also Damaged walls and stairs moving articles in. After unpacking every box found a good many things missing also. When we contacted them about the damage, we were told that the most they could do was $300. That doesn’t cover one thing being replaced. Pink Zebra was amazing! Our non-profit organization just moved offices and they helped us immensely by providing exceptional service. AJ, Lacorian, and Enrique could not have been nicer! They were all 3 very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful for what they did to support our move!
