This review is regarding Pink Zebra headquarters.... We recently had a move with Pink Zebra in Katy Texas and had many issues. So naturally I thought i would reach out to headquarters to help get things resolved. Their answer was "we have no control" over our franchises. So, if you're using Pink Zebra and expect the franchise to be behind your move you will be greatly disappointed like I was...
We scheduled the move out a few weeks, but the two guys that moved us told us they were only notified the day prior about our move. The Birmingham branch is not a moving branch, they pull from the Montgomery, team. This means your move won't start until almost lunch time. Also, the furniture wrapping and care was less than Ideal. much of our nice wood furniture has damage to the corners. they did not bother with removing shelves in bookshelves, so we are missing pegs that fell out during the move. We just moved from Michigan to Alabama and we're very pleased with Pink Zebra. Very prompt, courteous and professional.
