If I could give zero stars, I would on this review. I have moved at least 7 times in the last 30 years and this was the absolute worse experience ever. At least half of my possessions arrived broken or damaged. They also Damaged walls and stairs moving articles in. After unpacking every box found a good many things missing also. When we contacted them about the damage, we were told that the most they could do was $300. That doesn’t cover one thing being replaced. Pink Zebra was amazing! Our non-profit organization just moved offices and they helped us immensely by providing exceptional service. AJ, Lacorian, and Enrique could not have been nicer! They were all 3 very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful for what they did to support our move!
Really wonderful experience! So grateful for Aj and Noah, I can’t imagine enjoying my move otherwise! They brought great attitudes and moved much faster than I would’ve imagined. They helped me when my other plans fell through, so now pink zebra has my loyalty 😄
So I never review but I was blown away and just had to say that this Pink Zebra is the absolute best. A different company was scheduled to move us and cancelled that morning! I had heard from somewhere good things about Pink Zebra and thought I would just call to see if they could do anything to help us. Absolute life savers! My other moving company canceled due to car troubles and these guys were able to book and come same day! They were supposed to be off today but their boss called to see if they would be willing and thankfully they were! From now on it will be pink zebra for me! Thanks AJ and Noah!
