Got my toes done 2 weeks at this shop and got gel polish 2 days ago my pinkie toe had no polish so I went today to have another pedi done and get reg polish and here came the nickel and dimming!!! Then when i questioned and barked back the lady talked for 10 mins straight to her friend about me in their language!! So rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER go back!!
The owner Charlie sincerely cares about his clients and their experiences while patronizing the ORIGINAL Pink and White Serenity Spa. The staff are always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a nail salon that gives you an excellent experience look no further!

I’ve been looking for a good nail place in Brandon and I’ve finally found one! I had an excellent experience with Nee today. She did an amazing job with my gel pedicure- her attention to detail and great personality made my treatment very enjoyable and appreciated. I’ll be back!
They literally was just playing in my hand like they guy couldn’t make a simple flower that any 5 year old could draw the shaping is really crooked and they aren’t even in both sides, I was stuck in the chair for hours and had switched nail techs about 3 times but i had already paid so I couldn’t do anything about how much i hated my nails. They said they have been working for so long but are bad at nails.😒
