I'm deeply disheartened to report my recent experience at a store I've patronized for years, visiting every two weeks for my children's hair care needs. Until now, I had always appreciated their service. However, my visit on Sunday, June 29th, was disappointing. I spent $50 on several items, but when I consulted a hair stylist about the products, they advised me that the hair I purchased wouldn't work for the style I wanted.
