First off the wait staff was great and they had a Jazz singer that was amazing and made everything better. Mostly came for Drinks and Happy Hour. The Ceviche was the star of the show. Fresh Fish and a nice portion. The beef skewer was also good but a little pricey for a single skewer. The Octopus was good but not amazing. The only miss was the Yuca fries. Such a fantastic meal at Pink Salt! The tuna ceviche was bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors—perfect acidity balanced with creamy avocado. The cod was cooked to perfection with a deliciously crisp crust over rich, flavorful risotto. Paired with a classic Pisco Sour, every single dish delivered on quality and presentation. Can’t wait to come back!
