A little frustrating with the communication with this place. We had a repair that took longer than expected- no communication with us and felt very left in the dark. Will be going to Bemidji or Solway for our needs going forward. Very disappointing
Called to asked if mechanic could look at truck, and figure out why engine lost power, the guy flat out said no, and when I asked if there was another shop I could call in area he hung up on me. So I do not recommend calling this shop if it's a sudden breakdown in the area. Gave one star rating because he told me Goodluck, before hanging up. How rude, the guy who answered zero customer service qualities.
