My daughter and I were rather disappointed during and after our visit on June 6th. We arrived at 10:50am for an 11am appointment. Around 11:10am we were taken back to the pedicure area where we waited for another 20 minutes until someone came over to get started. While very nice, the woman started with my daughter while I sat next to her. It took almost an hour for a kids pedicure to be completed. What’s the point of an appointment? I booked an appointment for a pedicure at 1pm. Was on time. Was told it would be a couple minutes for my appointment to begin. 20 minutes later I was told it would be 5 more minutes. Would have at least expected to be set up in the pedicure chair but no. Ended up having to cancel due to having another appointment at 2pm. Very disappointed as have heard excellent things about this nail salon.

Best nail salon ever!!! I’ve been twice and have absolutely loved my nails everytime!! I get gel-x and they do amazing with gel-x!!I have nothing bad to say at all!!
