Great customer service. Phenomenal pedicure. I live in Des Moines (30 min north of here) but my coworker had the most amazing looking pedicure and, after asking where she’d gone and her saying Pink Polish, I came 6 weeks ago with my boyfriend and Raymond did a great job on my pedicure. We did the “Spoil me pedicure” which is a bit more expensive, $65 (standard, not including gel or French, for that I paid $90 total) but well worth it. Especially since it lasted me 6 weeks. Unimpressed. I went in for a nail appointment for builder gel. At first it was okay. Nice building and clean on the inside. I wanted just a plain white sparkle color. No designs. Nina says she’s gonna show me what ombré would look like and if I don’t like it she’ll take it off. I said I didn’t like it. She took it off and then went in with grey sparkle ombré. Very nice and kind ladies, no doubt. But if you’re going for long baddie nails this just isn’t the place for you. - I go in and show a picture of what I’m asking for- long and square- and the look of surprise on their faces was the first red flag. They chat for like 4 minutes discussing my inspo picture. Then they bring over the tips. Second red flag- they’re tapered/ coffin. If you’re looking for a place that is going to treat you like a Queen or King this is the place to come to. They are very professional in everything they do. They’re friendly and kind. They will go the extra mile to make sure that you are walking out feeling more relaxed and beautiful or handsome.. Best Place. I have been seeing them for over 20 years. Demi and Jasmine along with the other ladies are the best.
