Love the $10 tuesdays with Finesse & Jane Doe… But customer service is awful! Once a class was canceled, I didn’t check the email. My friend called the woman to ask what was going on and she said “y’all need to check your emails“ with an attitude. Since then, I’ve been very vigilant about staying up-to-date with the emails… My card kept randomly getting charged after the fact for another class. 0-Stars Worst Studio, Teachers, Poles!!!! The Studio is too small, smells bad, dirty, the poles makes souds they shouldn’t be! The teacher „ sage the bawdy“ should change her Job! Very rude and judging dancers, she didn’t smile or seem happy to be teaching, she didn’t let dancers record themselves also lying about the poles can’t go spinning…!!! Please give these jobs to people who actually love doing their job ! Coming from a Pole teacher herself.

I absolutely love this studio. Took my first pole conditioning class with Sage and it was great! Class was small so we got a lot of one-on-one assistance. Definitely going back

I was a little nervous after seeing some mixed reviews, but I am so glad I gave it a shot. I did a boot camp class with Sage and it was challenging and fun! My biggest piece of advice: go in with an open mind and don't be afraid to ask questions!

Pros: free parking. Cons: instructor was very rude and unwelcoming. Too many participants. Floor was dirty. Routine was mid. No guidance (how to clean the pole, safety measures, etc.). Overall, the class was not fun and, even for the $10 price, I wouldn't go back.
