I absolutely love this studio. Took my first pole conditioning class with Sage and it was great! Class was small so we got a lot of one-on-one assistance. Definitely going back

I was a little nervous after seeing some mixed reviews, but I am so glad I gave it a shot. I did a boot camp class with Sage and it was challenging and fun! My biggest piece of advice: go in with an open mind and don't be afraid to ask questions!

Pros: free parking. Cons: instructor was very rude and unwelcoming. Too many participants. Floor was dirty. Routine was mid. No guidance (how to clean the pole, safety measures, etc.). Overall, the class was not fun and, even for the $10 price, I wouldn't go back.

Was excited about a class but a mess. Walked in and the group before us looked PISSED!!! (Should’ve known something was up) You hear people asking them to record they said HELL NO and walked out. lol The song of choice was a bit slow “T Pain- she got it” Get to the appointed time and intermediate ladies were having a birthday celebration (obviously during two classes) we were RUSHED through the routine that the ladies were putting together before/during or session. I had a lot of fun taking a class here. I previously took classes at another studio for about a year, and wanted to get back into it. I only took away a star because the floor was really dirty and since you spend quite a bit of time on the floor, I left with dirt all over my body.
