Great response time and quick turn-around on a new hot water unit when we really needed it! Staff were a pleasure to work with and clearly take pride in their work taking extra effort to make sure the new pipes look top class.
Nick was very professional and made it very easy to book an appointment, we especially appreciated that they were attentive to our request. They were able to come earlier than originally booked so that was also of great reassurance in assessing an issue we have had for a few weeks now when other plumbers have not turned up. The Pink Plumbing team answered all calls and enquiries same day and had guys at my house at my first choice of time. Quick responses, quick repair, friendly service.
Replaced shower head a couple of years ago. Had to come back for a second visit to replace an old part that had failed but didn't charge which was very reasonable. Punctual and reliable. Shower has worked well since.
