I was really happy with the Pink Pineapple catering service at El Caribe Hotel in Daytona Beach. We recently hosted a meeting at El Caribe's conference center and while we were disappointed with the meeting space, Kimberly and her catering team more than made up for it. The food was great, they supported adjustments and preferences along the way (which I know is not easy) and she also surprised us with custom cookies for our event. the cost was reasonable and the service was above and beyond. Thank you Kim and team!
