I had scheduled a 6:00 pm appointment, it was 6:25 before I was called back to sit in a chair, for another 10 minutes. As the the nail tech Tom clipped my toes, he pulled a paronychium from the side of my toe, as it started to bleed he continued to press a piece of Kleenex into the spot with his thumbnail. It was very painful and unsanitary. It continued to bleed for a couple of days and got infected. I had to get antibiotics as It continues to be very painful.
